Attached is the first version of a proposed locale for Malagasy language (mg),
spoken in Madagascar (MG).

This locale is needed for the upcoming Malagasy translation of Debian
Installer, planned to be achieved by Jaonary Rabarisoa <jaonary@ifrance.com>.

The locale has been written with the help of Jaonary when it comes to issues
related to language (days, months names and abbreviations) as well as issues
related to the country (use for date format, telephone stuff, paper size).

I have checked this locale by installing it manually on my system and
generating it. The generation is OK...and so is the display of localised
commands using its contents.

The associated charsets, in SUPPORTED, may be ISO-8859-15 and UTF-8.
