i try to install testing with the debian installer
basic system installs from CD, but when after getting packages with
aptitude from a mirror, it fails to install locales and glibc
Here is a transcript:

See the error message - I guess your file is corrupted. And now we
use 2.3.2.ds1-13. We didn't get any report about this kind of problem
in -13. So I believe this bug can be closed.
