I've added as follows into libc6-udeb:

	debian/tmp-libc/lib/libnss_files.so* lib

Yup, I wonder that it makes full network installation without keyboard
and monitor if the default boot media is set to FDD/CD-ROM/network.

Waldi, what do you think about creating libnss-files-udeb?  IMHO, there're 
three ways to support libnss-files:

	(1) libc6-udeb includes libnss_files.so*.
	(2) make libnss-files-udeb.
	(3) make libnss-udeb which includes libnss-dns and libnss-files.

Colin's decision is (1).
