The library is broken; upgrade or fix it. Somewhere it declares
'extern int errno' instead of including <errno.h>. See the
README.Debian in the libc6 package.
We have code in place to work around this bug (always a library or
application bug, never glibc's), but it can not work for loaded
libraries.
