signal.h not being included

configure gives the following error message in config.log:

In file included from /usr/include/asm/sigcontext.h:4,
                 from /usr/include/bits/sigcontext.h:28,
                 from /usr/include/signal.h:326,
                 from configure:4872:
/usr/include/linux/compiler.h:17: warning: `__attribute_used__' redefined
/usr/include/sys/cdefs.h:195: warning: this is the location of the
previous definition

configure then takes this as an error that signal.h is not found and
undefs HAVE_SIGNAL_H.

I am not shure where the problem really is.

linux-kernel-headers: /usr/include/linux/compiler.h
libc6-dev: /usr/include/sys/cdefs.h
libc6-dev: /usr/include/signal.h

Both packages are from testing.
