Bug#230743: "init: Trying to re-exec init" on upgrade

I don't know whether or not this is a problem but it worries me that
when I upgrade to this version of libc6 I see the following in the
syslog:

Feb  2 09:09:52 thanatos init: Trying to re-exec init
Feb  2 09:09:52 thanatos init: INIT_HALT: (null)

Can someone reassure me that this is normal?
