Bug 223210 (sysklogd): linux-kernel-headers bug?

Hi!

Could someone please look at this bug? It blocks compiling sysklogd on 
unstable. It looks like a linux-kernel-headers bug (compiling worked of 
course in woody), but I'm not sure.
