The SystemV timezone files included with this libc6 package do not correctly
handle DST. Using SystemV/CST6CDT as my timezone, 'date' still lists time in
terms of CST even though CDT has been in effect now for close to 24hrs. I've
confirmed that all of the SystemV timezones suffer from the same problem;
/usr/share/zoneinfo/posix/CST6CDT and /usr/share/zoneinfo/CST6CDT do not,
however. This suggests the possible workaround of cloning the posix entries
to the SystemV directory, but I profess ignorance of the actual
structure/contents of these files, so I have no idea if this is practical.
