Bug#192577: libc-udeb should include libnss_dns and libresolv

Package: libc-udeb
Version: 2.3.1-17

We used to manually put these files on the floppy images, but that's
rather less-than-ideal, and the CD target really doesn't need them until
after libc-udeb has been installed, so it would be good to have them in
the libc-udeb.
