nbd-server starts normaly, but after trying connect from nbd-client, all
connections fail with messages (copied from sysylog):
Apr  3 12:45:14 server nbd_server[15906]: connect from 192.168.3.128, assigned file is /nbd/192.168.3.128.swp
Apr  3 12:45:14 server nbd_server[15906]: Can't open authorization file nbd_server.allow (No such file or directory).
Apr  3 12:45:14 server nbd_server[15906]: Authorized client
Apr  3 12:45:14 server nbd_server[15928]: Starting to serve
Apr  3 12:45:14 server nbd_server[15928]: Could not find size of exported block device: Inappropriate ioctl for device

if I try to explicitly set block size in command line, nbd-server start
too much connections and fail with message:
Apr  3 09:44:20 server nbd_server[10730]: Size of exported file is too big

if I explicitly set block size on client, message is:
Apr  3 09:45:33 server nbd_server[10783]: Could not open exported file: Too many open files

when downgradin server to verison 2.3-4, all is working fine (tested
with 2.3-4 and 2.3.-6 clients)
