Bug#65458: sed: regexp performance woeful

Just to let you know that the norwegian package has been changed to use 
ssed instead of sed due to these speed problems.

If you want to use it to test sed speed please make sure you use a 
version that is usind sed (< 2.0-10) or modify it to use it.
