Package: locales
Version: 2.2.3-6
Severity: important

It seems that the "ascii" order with LC_ALL=fr_FR (not LC_ALL=fr) is :
aAbBcC...zZ
instead of
a-z ... A-Z
(or somthing like that)

example :
flash@amanite:~/test$ ls
amstramgram Amstramgram foo FOO zazoo ZAZOO
flash@amanite:~/test$ export LC_ALL=C
flash@amanite:~/test$ ls [A-Z]*
Amstramgram FOO ZAZOO
flash@amanite:~/test$ export LC_ALL=fr
flash@amanite:~/test$ ls [A-Z]*
Amstramgram FOO ZAZOO
flash@amanite:~/test$ export LC_ALL=fr_FR
flash@amanite:~/test$ ls [A-Z]*
Amstramgram foo FOO zazoo ZAZOO
flash@amanite:~/test$

I'm using Debian unstable (kernel 2.2.19), and libc6 2.2.3-6
