This usually means you're including headers such as <linux/*.h> or
<asm/*.h> directly rather than copying the bits of kernel interface you
need (there are currently no userspace-safe headers describing the
interface exposed by the kernel). See
/usr/share/doc/linux-kernel-headers/README.Debian.
