      - debian/sysdeps/sparc.mk: Change MIN_KERNEL_REQUIRED to
        MIN_KERNEL_SUPPORTED.
      - debian/sysdeps/s390.mk: Likewise.
      - debian/rules: Define kernel_check macro.
      - debian/sysdeps/linux.mk: Override kernel_check for Linux.
      - debian/rules.d/build.mk: Call kernel_check macro when --build !=
        --host
