Bug#216098: installing debian-hppa via network libc6-2.2.5 package corrupted

Package: libc6
Version: 2.2.5
Severity: grave

When I'm trying to install Debian Linux for HPPA, via http everythig starts ok, but when the installer tries to get libc6_2.2.5-11.2_hppa.deb it gives a warning:

http://http.us.debian.org:80/debian/pool/main/g/glibc6_2.2.5-11.2_hppa.deb
   was corrup

   couldn't download libc6

and then I'm back when it prompts to install base system.
Is doesn't matter which mirror I use (as it's not supposed).
I use boot from network with lifimage obtained from
   http://ftp.fi.debian.org/debian/dists/woody/main/disks-hppa/current/
and I've tried lifimages from
   http://pateam.esiee.fr/cd-images/lifimages/
too, but both installations stop at the same problem.
