What would you suggest as a reasonable alternative to
linux/udp.h? libdumbnet happens to manipulate firewall rules directly
and needs to include linux/netfilter_ipv4/ipchains_core.h. Perhaps I
could reproduce duplicate linux/udp.h and include it in the package, but
that seems like needless duplication.
Of course, you could say that userspace programs shouldn't be
fiddling with this kind of stuff. But I think that's slightly unfair.
