Bug#212233: Member named "__align" causes conflict with Compaq C builtin

The structure pthread_cond_t contains a member called "__align". This
conflicts with a keyword in the Compaq C compiler (and probably a
bunch of other compilers). It would be nice if it could be called
something different.
