Illegal Instruction after upgrading

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----

I upgraded libc6, libc6-dev, and locales from 2.3.1-16 to 2.3.2-7 on my
SPARC via apt. Since upgrading a number of processes won't start including
sendmail and apache instead throwing "illegal instruction" messages. Also
some command line stuff like ps are also throwing out the illegal
instruction message.

First, is this a known problem? Second, how can I back out to the previous
version of the package? I can't find a .deb for the previous version
anywhere. I'd prefer not to have to build from source and I'd rather move
forward rather than back.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks!!!
