Installation of package fails with this error:

System becames unusable,=20
I needed to copy full /lib from other machine and reinstall 2.3.1

Okay, cool.  Thanks for the information.  I'm closing this bug, since
there doesn't appear to be anything wrong with glibc itself.  If it
turns out that the stray libc-2.3.1.so came from some Debian package,
please report a new bug as appropriate.
