OK, your messages are appeared by locale-def command with --posix
option, or -v option without POSIXLY_CORRECT environment variable.
It's warning message, so it's no problem.  I think your en_CA is
generated in /usr/lib/locale/locale-archive, and works fine.  Please
confirm and tell me it's ok.
