Bug#205728: test case & command line

[Jeff: For some reason, I didn't get your reply on the bug, I discovered
it by chance, while browsing through some Debian bugs that I wait for to
be resolved]

After experimenting a bit with both the test case and the package that
gave me the problem, it turns out that the problem is triggered only by a
unique combination of optimization requests. So here's a working test
case:

1. the file 'gccbug.cc': (turns out no actual code is necessary)
>>>>>>
#include <iostream>
<<<<<<

2. the compile command:
g++-3.2 -O2 -pedantic -o libcbug.o -c libcbug.cc
