glibc 2.3.2-3

Hi,

I dupload 2.3.2-3 soon for fixing FTBFS bug:

 - #204768: FTBFS (unstable) glibc fails to build on m68k, arm, mips, mipsel.

In both 2.3.2-1 and 2.3.2-2, we fixed a lot of bugs, but this version
only fixes one RC bug.  Some bugs are still remained.
I concerned the below _real_ RC bugs, they are needed to fix ASAP:

 - #205099: libc6: syslog makes cgi process hang after openlog() followed by syslog()
 - #204682: glibc: su - segfaults, loggin in as root also fails. sudo works
 - #204711: libc6: PAM broken, login impossible, possibly NIS related
 - #204728: python2.3 distutils and glibc-2.3.2: no timestamps set.
 - dpkg (setjmp/longjmp) failed on sparc architecture.

There are utimes() patch, so it will be fixed in 2.3.2-4.  syslog()
locking and NIS issue are still screwed.

Other RC bugs which are not described above are vague state.  And the
most important RC bug is FTBFS on hppa...  I concern it.
