Package: libc6
Version: 2.3.1-16
Severity: wishlist

The policy mention the /etc/ld.so.conf, and gives a somewhat default
content for it, so this file should be included in libc6.

/etc/ld.so.conf is generated by ldso package. I don't see why you
want to include this file into libc6. Any reasons?
