Package: console-tools
Version: 1:0.2.3dbs-38
Severity: important
Tags: sid
consolechars spews following text upon running:
Inconsistency detected by ld.so: ../sysdeps/i386/dl-machine.h: 611:
elf_machine_rel_relative: Assertion `((reloc->r_info) & 0xff) == 8'
failed!
It is possible that some other package is the culprit. However, only
consolechars so far has behaved like this.

Q.

This bug has gone away.
It looked like a glibc bug, but glibc has been updated recently
so maybe they fixed it.

Alastair
