Bug#200827: libc6: 2.3.1-17.0.2 (powerpc) seems to fix the Segmentation Fault

Followup-For: Bug #200827

I upgraded to libc6-2.3.1-17.0.2 today with no problem. I also rebooted
my system to test the "dead on reboot" problem reported in a different
Bug.

I believe that this Bug, #800833 and #800887 are all reporting the same
problem.
