My intension is to introduce the patch ordering using the famous 2 or
3 digit prefix numbering.  For example:

	10_cvs.dpatch
	15_makeconfig
	20_locale-es_AR
	...

The current order is debian/patches/0list's order, but I would like to
define in its filename explicitly because sometimes I hit the patch
order confliction due to modification for 0list.  

If you think it's unacceptable, I revert it.
