So the standard issue is related rarely?
Including LSB is only one of its application instance?

The one example (thus LSB test suite) makes its own locale, but DEM is
not included in iso-4217, so one cannot create the specific locale.
But apparently this issue is appeared in LSB test suite, because
almost applications do not make its own locale.  So this wishlist is
for (maybe only) the LSB test suite.

I would like to know whether the next ISO-4217 have DEM or not.  If
DEM is in draft, they plan to consider obsolete int_curr_symbols...
If not, this kind of consideration is of no use.
