Bug#183515: locales: busted postinst script?

Package: locales
Version: 2.3.1-14
Severity: normal
I'm seeing the following error message when setting up locales.

Setting up locales (2.3.1-14) ...

and the rest of the procedure seems to finish correct, the locales I
actually use everyday (ja_JP and en_US.utf-8) seem to work.
