Package: coreutils
Version: 4.5.3-1
Severity: critical

I just tried to 'apt-get dist-upgrade' an m68k box and got bitten
by:

cut: /lib/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.3' not found (required by cut)

It looks like coreutils are linked against a glibc 2.3 but only
Pre-Depends: libc6 (>= 2.2.5-13) which is not strict enough.

Please upload a new coreutils package so it gets properly rebuilt
on all architectures and please correct the pre-dependency.

Regards,

	Joey

Current libc6 (2.3.1-5) and coreutils (4.5.3-3) on m68k works fine.
