possible sed breakage

Jeff,
    At Ulrich's suggestion I took a look at the
sed program a source of our catgets/tst-catgets
failure. It seems to be the source as I can't
build it properly against gcc 3.2 now...

../sed/sed -n -f ../dc.sed < ./dc.inp >tmp.dc
make[2]: *** [dc] Error 139

..I'll see what I can puzzle out today about this.
