Bug#173973: Can't set ja locale with X?

I also use ja_JP.eucJP locale. -6 completely works on my machine.

Your report lacks many information. Please tell us how to upgrade
(from xxx version to -6, or so). What messages did your programs say?

I recommend you to ask this issue to the debian-users or Japanese
debian mailing list in first. There are many sid users, they may
answer your problem.
