Current problems compiling on SPARC

Right now I am getting strange errors compiling CVS+2.2.94 on sparc
(which used to compile fine with 2.2.93). The problem is that on exit,
the _exit call is falling through to ABORT_INSTRUCTION, instead of being
killed during the _NR_exit syscall.

Any other architectures seeing this?
