Re: Processed: Re: Bug#156157: libc6: Several _dl_ symbols cannot be resolved.
I'm also unable to reproduce this with binutils 2.12.90.0.15-1 (and the
subsequent versions that I never uploaded).
Here's what's on my system right now (no problems with gcc 2.95, 3.0,
3.1, or 3.2):
libc6 2.2.5-13
libc6-dev 2.2.5-13
binutils 2.12.90.0.15-1
binutils-dev 2.12.90.0.15-1
gcc-2.95 2.95.4-11
gcc-3.0 3.0.4-12
gcc-3.1 3.1.1-2
gcc-3.2 3.2-0pre4
I will downgrade to 2.12.90.0.14-1 later to double-check this, but this
appears to be an extremely rare case, so I suspect your local config more
than the package right now.
Two things:
* Have you run ldconfig lately? (more of curiosity on my part)
* Does your ld-2.2.?.so contain those symbols?
