Bug#58669: libc6: remove devpts.sh ... didn't

I notice in the changelog that devpts.sh has been removed, but it still seems to
exist on my system (/etc/init.d/devpts.sh, /etc/rcS.d/S35devpts.sh symlink).
Should the upgrade have removed these, or not?
