Bug#69988: libc6: no way to get the fullname through getnameinfo(3)

There doesn't seem to be a way of getting the full name of an address
using getnameinfo(3).  It neither dynamically allocates a buffer as
needed, nor does it make any indication that the buffer supplied has
been exceeded and the name was truncated.
