Package: libc6-doc21
Version: 2.0.95-1.1
Depends: libc6 (= 2.0.95-1.1)

Not only is this dependency upon libc6 unnecessary, it actually makes
the package uninstallable on the alpha where libc6.1 is in use.
This documentation is in fact perfectly usable without libc; all it
needs is an info reader.
