okay - although this did make the databases, the reason that they weren't
originally made is... they weren't there to begin with.
So if the DBs are only remade if they used to exist (and hence the passwd.db
check in the postinst) then please close this bug report.
I thought building the DBs fixed runsocks segfaulting, but I was mistaken.
