Bug#34593: libc6: wish it would add /dev/pts automatically

I wish that installing libc6 2.1 would ask the user if they want /dev/pts
and if they say yes it would "mkdir /dev/pts ; chown 500 /dev/pts ; echo /dev/pts... >> /etc/fstab ; mount /dev/pts".
