Bug #40828 of libc6 should be closed!?

Hi Joel, 

I am going through the release critical bug list and think the bug #40828
should be closed as even the submitter agreed on this. I have set the severity
to fixed to get this bug of the release critical bug list. Please close it or
override my change if you think I am wrong.
