Bug#39578: No slibs information for libdb.so.2

There's no shlibs information for /lib/libdb.so.2 installed by
libc6. It points to /lib/libdb1-2.1.1.so.

I discovered it while building the latest perl package :
dpkg-shlibdeps: warning: unable to find dependency information for shared library libdb (soname 2, path /lib/libdb.so.2, dependency field Pre-Depends)

Solution:
add a line "libdb 2 libc6 (>= 2.1)" to your shlibs file
