Bug#36319: infos are installed outside the standard info-path

Hi,

I have installed the glibc-dock package. The info-files get installed
in /usr/share/info but this directory is not searched by the standard
debian-emacs configuration. (I use emacs20  20.2-7) I have added the
directory in my personal info-path and everything works fine. But
maby unexperienced  users have trouble.
