Solved glibc bug reports

Hi Joel and others,

with the recent release of glibc 2.1 in mind, I looked over your
debian bug report database. A few bug reports can be closed IMHO:
#22806: Fixed in 2.0.7 CVS and 2.1
#26148: Fixed in glibc 2.1
#31415: Fixed in glibc 2.1
#13267: tell will not be added to glibc
#16450: Fixed in 2.1 (use nscd!)
#26306: Fixed in glibc 2.1
#27069: stdarg comes with gcc
#25334: That's a user bug, glibc is correct
#30609: Fixed in 2.1 (and I hope also in 2.0.7 CVS)
#30773: Fixed in 2.1
#23468: Makefile.non.gnu is not needed, the documentation should been
fixed in the 2.1er crypt add-on.

There're certainly more but I didn't look into each one - and I didn't
found a serious, unfixed one either.

Cheers,
Andreas
