Please feel free to add to the list package that could be related to the one indicated bu not included in the list.
geotiff would be useful to improve pywps test coverage:

I can't find the motivation to package an optional dependency and commit to its maintenance for a package I don't actually use myself.
We really need to get more geopython people involved in packaging, since Johan v/d Wauw stopped contributing all of those packages are on life support not getting the attention they need.
What packages are you referring to exactly?
pycsw & pywps specificly as geopython projects, but basically everything that has "Johan Van de Wauw" in Uploaders.
There is some overlap with packages that have "Angelos Tzotsos" in Uploaders.
He's doing pretty much all the work on these packages in OSGeo-Live and UbuntuGIS, but has proven unable to help maintain these in Debian.
geolinks, owslib, and pycsw were already mentioned because Johan is also in Uploaders of those.
pygeoapi is still not in Debian.
python-osmapi is in reasonable shape, I haven't removed myself from Uploaders because I introduced the package in Debian back when I was more willing to work on packages I don't actually use myself but are included in OSGeo-Live.
pywps is in better shape now that it's using pytest markers, but upstream was not convinced about its use for the geotiff, see: https://github.com/geopython/pywps/pull/698
Kind Regards,
Bas
