I would be cautious with any Copenicus-related stuff. They change
quite often details of protocols on the basis of the _pro tempore_
contractors and on the going results/evidences.
My experiences with CDSE since
2023 are not better than the previous ones with Science Hub, and
the access layer should be the most stable, damn it.

For instance, the whole STAC support has been completed only later on and next year the will
deprecate the perfectly working (well, almost) OSearch protocol I used until
now. I would expect more problems with the processing layer.

The concrete risk is that anything released for forky
would become obsolete within the forky life cycle, due to these
2-3 years cycle.
