Sorry for the wrong threading attach in the previous mail. In the
meantime I created the new repo for the jeolib-miallib, which is the first component.
A fresh eye onto the repo would be greatly appreciated, just
to check that I'm up-to-date with current d-gis best practices: this is my
first new d-gis repo after years I'm afraid...
