Adding TileDB support for gdal (3.5.0~rc1+dfsg-1) causes the test target 
to fail.

GDAL 3.5.0 contains changes to support TileDB 2.7 which suggests this is 
a regression caused by TileDB 2.8.

TileDB support won't be added in 3.5.
