Starting bookworm development cycle

With the release of bullseye we're starting the bookworm development cycle.

Pretty much all of the packages in experimental that can be moved to
unstable without triggering a transition have been uploaded to unstable.

Quite a few packages hadn't been updated in experimental while new
upstream releases are available for a while, some of these are not very
visible because the most latest watch file in the archive doesn't have
the changes for the recent GitHub changes. The fixes for the watch files
have been committed in the git repo some time ago.

Packages that can be updated now that the new development cycle has started:
