The package has been accepted from the NEW queue.

Before moving it to unstable, it's probably better to update it to the
latest upstream release:

$ uscan --report
uscan: Newest version of mercantile on remote site is 1.1.5, local
version is 1.1.4
uscan:    => Newer package available from
      https://github.com/mapbox/mercantile/archive/1.1.5.tar.gz
