GDAL 3.2.0
The first release candidate for GDAL 3.2.0 has been released, a
transition will be required as it bumps the SONAME.
No problems were encountered during the rebuilds, it took a little
longer due to the ongoing qt transition which caused some build
dependencies to be uninstallable.
mysql-workbench (8.0.19+dfsg-1) FTBFS due to unrelated issues, the build
dependencies are uninstallable due to #937102.
