PDAL with E57 support

Hi,

Looking at the PDAL package in testing I noticed that, while it's based 
on upstream version 2.0.1, it does not have read/write support for the 
E57 format. Looking at PDAL's GitHub I see that version 2.0.1 has 
already E57 support:

Is this lack of E57 support on purpose or something that was missed in 
the package build?
